LET'S GET STARTED!

Charcuterie boards are a fun and easy appetizer to make; there isn’t much to it! Starting with some base ingredients these boards are super simple to put together and can be curated to your liking!

CHEESE

The most important part of a charcuterie board has to be the cheese! With so many varieties of cheese out there, it can be hard to choose what you want! Having a combination of 3-4 cheeses ranging from soft to firm is the way to go!

Soft Cheeses:

Brie, Goat Cheese, Camembert

Semi-Soft Cheeses:

Blue Cheese, Havarti, Fontina

Hard Cheeses:

Gouda, Parmesan, Comté

MEATS

The next ingredient you will need are some meats to compliment the cheeses. Select a variety of spicy and mild meats to add to your board!

Options:

Salami, Prosciutto, Pepperoni, Soppressata

BREADS AND CRACKERS

Next, add a variety of bread and crackers! A nice baguette is a great option; as well as rosmeary flatbread, crostinis, fig and water crackers!

ACCOUTREMENTS

Finish off your board with a variety of fruits, nuts, olives, pickles, and spreads! These finishing touches will make your charcuterie boards stand out and give them that extra pizzaz!

Options:

Cashews, Almonds, Kalamata Oilves, Green Olives, Dried Apricots, Grapes, Cherries, Jams, Honey, Mustard

Arrange

Get creative with how you arrange all the ingridients! Always start by arranging your cheese and then with meats. Next add your crackers and breads followed by your condiments in small containers. Lastly add some cheese knives, tooth picks, and small condiment spoons for your guests to serve themselves.
