What are the shipping options? 

All available shipping options will show at checkout with the pricing. Domestic shipments will be shipped primarily through UPS and USPS. International shipments can vary in pricing and most will be able to ship through UPS, USPS, and DHL. For further shipping information please see our Shipping page. 


My order is damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Please email us at hello@baxterandbonny.com and we will do our best to fix the issue as soon as possible! Please note we must be alerted of any error or damage to the product within 48 hours of delivery. Pictures of the issue, if applicable, are appreciated.  


My order says it is delivered, but I did not receive it. What do I do? 

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of notice of delivery and we will do our best to look into the situation for you. We do send 'Shipped' and 'Out for Delivery' emails for your convenience and to help avoid lost or stolen packages. We also suggest reaching out to the shipping carrier you chose (UPS, USPS, etc) to see if they have any information. While we do our best to locate your package, we are not responsible once shipped and may not be able to refund, file a claim, or send a replacement once showing delivered. 


How do I return?

We only accept returns for full priced items shipped domestically. If the product is refused and sent back or is returned to us by customs, we will refund for the frame only minus any charges for postage and shipping costs. All sale items and international orders are final sale. Please email us at hello@baxterandbonny.com with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate. *Please note for international customers the buyer is responsible for taxes and duties (VAT) upon receipt. VAT may include the cost of shipping should that be applicable in your country. Please note that if you choose to refuse the customs payment, we are not responsible for return-to-sender packages. 

Am I responsible for duties and taxes associated with my online order? 

Yes, depending on your country's specific import laws you may be required to pay local duties and taxes. These fees are not included in your shipping cost. We know this can be frustrating, but please know this is out of our control and the money goes directly to each countries government, not to us.

For the EU and Great Britain the VAT is collected when ordered. This does not ensure that other duties may not be charged upon delivery.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped. For shipping information or the whereabouts of your package please call the below based on the tracking of how your package was shipped:

How much is shipping? 

UNITED STATES:
  • Standard: $5
  • Standard $200+ : Free Shipping
  • Priority Mail: $8 flat rate 
  • Priority Mail 4+ items: $12 flat rate 
INTERNATIONAL:
  • Standard (3-6 weeks): Determined at checkout
  • Expedited: Available at checkout - price based on weight and location

*Please note we are experiencing delays with UPS on international deliveries.  Please be aware that if choosing the UPS standard option for an international order, orders can take over the specified 6 weeks to arrive. Although most arrive around 3 weeks, UPS recommends allowing up to 5-6 weeks for it to arrive with economy delivery. We cannot control this or refund for delayed or lost packages. If you choose to continue with your order we suggest using one of the expedited UPS or DHL options if you prefer to receive your delivery more quickly.
